Excursion to the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone is one of the most fascinating experiences for every adventurer, extreme traveler and passionate photographer.
Every year there are around 18 000 tourists from all over the world visiting the Chornobyl zone. Visiting of the observation deck near Chernobyl Reactor №4, Pripyat “dead town”, “Red Forest”, Chernobyl town, Secret Military Base Radar “DUGA”, almost fully buried Kopachi village. You will be able to see the “Sarcophagus”- concrete and steel shelter which covered radioactive masses and debris left after the explosion, then go to the ghost town Prypyat’ all 47.500 inhabitants of which had to leave their homes the next day after the accident. You will see its abandoned apartment blocks, schools, hotels, kinder gardens. After lunch you will visit the village Paryshiv, Opachychi, Kupovate, meet with the self-settlers, elderly people who didn’t want to leave their own places and refused to resettle. This tour is a great chance to learn about what happens when human creations get out of control and our civilization gets rapidly taken over by nature.
